Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: November 1, 2024

Our Cancellation Policy includes the following fees:

  • A $50 fee will be charged for appointments that take 1 hour or less if not cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. This applies to all appointments regardless of being pre-paid packages or single service.
  • A $100 fee will be charged for appointments that take 1 1/2 hours or more if not cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. This applies to all appointments regardless of being pre-paid packages or single service.
  • If you do not notify Flawless Skin prior, and do not show for the scheduled appointment time, the fill cost of the appointment will be charged.

**IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING SAVED PAYMENT METHODS: Any time you pay with a credit, or debit card in out office, the card is saved in your account for future use. If you would like to review, edit, or remove any of the cards saved, you must notify us immediately. Otherwise, we will choose the first card listed to charge any cancellation fees. If the first card declines, we will continue to collect fees due with another credit card on file, if any, until payment is successful.

You may not reschedule your canceled/missed appointment, and any future appointments already scheduled will be considered canceled until the cancellation fee is paid in full.

If you need to reschedule for any reason, please call or text Flawless Skin at 757-633-6901 within 24 hours of the appointment time.

We can not guarantee we will receive your requests to reschedule if we are contacted by other means (including email, social media messages, etc.).
