I hadn’t treated myself to a facial in years but realized my mature skin needed help. My daughter recommended Katie at Flawless Skin. My initial appointment was exactly what I had hoped for. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming and the waiting area cheerful. Katie greeted me shortly after I had arrived and took me back to a treatment room that had such a soothing atmosphere. She took great care in analyzing my skin and thoroughly explained various treatments the spa offered. She tailored a facial that suited my skin. I have been going to Flawless Skin since February and I am seriously OBSESSED!! 🤍 I see Ashlee and she is truly the sweetest human ever. I reread what I wrote below and everything I said has remained a constant for the many YEARS that I’ve been coming to this excellent business. They don’t sit back on their laurels (though they certainly could)…Alexis and her team are constantly researching and coming up with the latest products and treatments to offer to their clientele. The Staff at Flawless Skin takes the time to really learn about their products and services, including attending training classes and sampling things themselves so they can also speak to you from the direct voice of experience. Awesome experience! After my microdermabrasion by Alexis my skin feels amazing. I love that she takes the time to explain every step of the process. I’ve been coming here for a few months now, and I can honestly say I love this place. My esthetician, Kristan, is everything. She’s warm, fun, easy to talk to, and makes me feel so comfortable and cared for. I trust her completely and that means a lot coming from someone who’s been dealing with acne since I was 12 (I’m 30 now… so, yeah. It’s been a journey).
Even though life got hectic and I fell off for a little bit, I couldn’t stay away. I’ve already seen real improvements in my skin from the short time I’ve been going to her, and I’m hopeful and praying for even more progress. I truly believe I’m in the right hands.
The atmosphere of the clinic is just as amazing. It’s such a cute little space clean, calm, and inviting. They even have a cozy refreshment area with snacks, coffee, water, and drinks, which is such a thoughtful touch.
And I have to say, every single person I’ve encountered there has been kind and welcoming. I’ve never had a bad experience with the front desk staff everyone’s been nothing but sweet and professional.

The team at flawless skin is exceptional. Not only have I worked with Alexis profesially I’ve been a guest of hers now for over 7 years and she’s completely transformed my skin. Originally I had cystic acne from a previous medical issue. While getting my guy health back to normal Alexis helped me extract, microdermabrasion, laser, peels, masks, light therapy and recommend products for me that rejuvenated and smoothed out my appearance. At first it was monthly appointments. Now I see her about 4X a year for maintenance. I am always astonished at her growth for knowledge and educating not only herself but her staff as well! Love this place! I am fortunate enough to have been able to utilize skin care services from every provider here - everyone is amazing! Their office, service rooms, and waiting area are always clean and also decorated super cute! 🙂 Eyebrow waxing and tinting, facials, chemical peels, laser hair removal, and teeth whitening are all services I have had and I would do them all over again and absolutely recommend them to anyone. Additionally, they have top of the line, medical grade, skin care product lines available for purchase and they can educate you on what is best for your skin type.
